October is My Favorite Color

We are in the midst of Fall here in New England, and I think it has been one of the prettiest ones I can remember. The days have been cool but sunny…the perfect foil for saturated and abundant foliage. No wonder why October is my favorite color! I practically blend in this time of year. 🙂

Jewel tones are definitely some of fall and winter’s biggest colors this year. One shade I am particularly loving is rich berry. I’m wearing the urban double-breasted cropped jacket and skirt set by Chicwish – it is the perfect itineration of this jewel tone. I added a pair of satin embroidered boots by Zara. Under my suit I am wearing a mesh bikini top, because why not.

Lately, I can’t get enough of wearing suit sets, especially when paired with cool boots. Sets are easy to wear but also more versatile then a dress because there is the possibility for mixing and wearing the pieces separately. The other day I wore this Chicwish cropped jacket with a red off the shoulder crop top and cream palazzo pants.
